Corporate Responsibility now reports to the Human Resources function through to the Board. Corporate Responsibility maintains its place in the risk and compliance strategic arena, reflecting its value in supporting Man's employer of choice branding and our commitment to effective employee engagement. This includes coordinating our internal and external stakeholder survey work and maintaining our membership of key external indices like FTSE4Good and the Dow Jones Sustainability Index, both of which are relevant to our market credibility and reputation.
