From 2009 our main Corporate Responsibility reporting will be web-based.

We believe that this will facilitate direct access by our stakeholders to information of specific interest to them. This approach is also in line with our commitment to the continued reduction of our carbon dioxide emissions. Regarding our climate change related activities; we have been very successful in reducing our carbon footprint over recent years and engaging with our employees by providing them with the appropriate knowledge and tools to reduce their and their families' domestic footprints.

We feel we have gone as far as we reasonably can in 'greening' our current buildings; pending moving to new offices, we believe it is inappropriate to invest further in what is an ageing infrastructure.

We have been carbon neutral throughout our global operations for the past three years and feel it is now appropriate to consider whether the cost of carbon offsetting would be more appropriately applied in the development of products and services which would focus on new climate-related technologies through, for example, our MTM business.
